Dinner Features for Saturday December 7th

Shrimp Florentine
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, garlic and white wine with creamed spinach, tossed with pasta

Wild Mushroom Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with shiitake, portobello and button mushrooms with garlic and scallions in a mustard sherry sauce, tossed with pasta

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
9 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order and topped with crispy shallots, served with creamed spinach and smoked Gouda mashed potatoes

Mixed Grille
A beef sirloin medallion grilled with a mustard peppercorn crust over braised cabbage with apples and onions paired with a petit grilled mahi mahi filet over German potato salad, finished with scallions

Mahi Mahi Mediterranean
Fresh grilled mahi mahi filet served with sautéed spinach, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes over wild rice, finished with feta cheese

Panko Crusted Ahi Tuna
Ahi grade tuna steak pan seared with a panko crust, topped with a caramelized onion sherry smoked gouda sauce and served with sweet potato mashed and asparagus spears

Guinness® Glazed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with bacon, onions and shaved brussel sprouts, topped with a Guinness demi glace and served over mashed potatoes  

Moroccan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with Moroccan spices and tomatoes served over lentils and scallions

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
