Dinner Features for Tuesday December 10th


Cindy Lou Who Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp grilled and presented over fresh spinach with bacon, egg, tomato, onions, avocado, onions and bleu cheese

Scallops Aglio Olio
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic and red pepper flakes tossed with pasta, fresh basil and olive oil

Grinch Roast Beast
Twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, topped with a sherry black peppercorn sauce and served with braised cabbage, apples and onions and a twice baked potato

Pan Seared Snapper
Chef trimmed red snapper filet pan seared with bacon and shaved brussel sprouts, topped with a caramelized onion smoked Gouda sauce and served over mashed potatoes

Whoville Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with a pecan panko crust, topped with portobello mushrooms and a Dijon white wine sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Chicken Empanada
Chicken breast simmered with peppers, onions, black beans and sweet corn baked in dough with smoked gouda cheese served with rice pilaf, Mexican beans and spicy lime ranchero sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
