Dinner Features for Wednesday December 4th

Balsamic Grilled Ahi Tuna
Ahi grade tuna steak char grilled to order, topped with balsamic drizzle and served with roasted brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes

Beef Sirloin Medallions Florentine
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with a red wine demi glace and served with a twice baked potato and sautéed spinach with garlic

Scallops Rosemary
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh rosemary served over a butternut and sweet potato puree with caramelized onions and asparagus spears

Pesto Cream Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms and artichokes in a pesto cream sauce, tossed with pasta

Southwestern Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with southwestern flavors with sautéed peppers, onions and scallions, served corn confetti and dirty rice, topped with a dollop of lime sour cream

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
