Dinner Features for Tuesday December 17th


Shishkabob
Marinated Beef Tenderloin with peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms grilled to order and served over rice pilaf with a Greek salad

Jambalaya
Black tiger jumbo shrimp, chorizo sausage, mushrooms, onions and peppers served over rice with a tomato concassé

Scallops Vegetali
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with a vegetable medley, served with spinach aglio olio and finished with asiago cheese

Cajun Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with Cajun spices and topped with a tomato cream sauce, served with a Spanish mirepoix and mashed potatoes

Grilled Snapper
Chef trimmed red snapper filet grilled and served with pasta and a wild mushroom duxelle  

Pecan Chicken
Boneless pecan herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with garbanzo beans, celery, onions and tomatoes served with pasta in a lemon wine sauce

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna pan seared to order and served with lemon poppy seed butter and wild rice arancini

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
