Dinner Features for Sunday December 8th

Shrimp Jambalaya
Black tiger jumbo shrimp and chorizo sausage, peppers, onions and tomatoes served with rice pilaf in spicy tomato broth

Harvest Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, served over braised cabbage and apples with garlic wine sauce

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
9 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order topped with (surimi) crabmeat and rosemary hollandaise sauce , presented with mashed potatoes

Medallions Portobello
Twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served with smoked gouda cheese and garlic thyme cream sauce over rice pilaf

Pecan Mahi
Fresh grilled mahi mahi filet pan seared with a pecan herb crust served over asparagus spear with caramelized onion smoked gouda sauce

Mohr Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shaved brussel sprouts, mushrooms and sweet peppers served with pasta in a lemon thyme butter sauce  

Choron Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with peas and bacon tossed with pasta in choron sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
