Holiday Open House Features

Entrees:
Caramelized Sherry Mahi                                                           
Broiled Mahi served with mashed potatoes, a caramelized-sherry sauce and crisp shallots.

10oz Beef Stockyard                                                                                                                  
Grilled beef stockyard resting on a bed of creamed spinach, with mashed potatoes and a Guinness demi glaze.

Thyme Cream Sea Scallops                                                                          
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with shaved brussel sprouts and bacon, served on a bed of sweet potato puree, topped with a fresh thyme cream sauce.  

Mediterranean Shrimp                                                                          
Black tiger jumbo shrimp, pan seared with mushrooms, spinach, garlic and sundried tomatoes in a lemon white wine pan sauce, tossed in pasta and sprinkled with feta cheese. 

Panko Crusted Chicken                                                                                                             
Sautéed Panko crusted chicken breast with German potatoes, topped with braised red cabbage, onions and apple slaw.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
