Dinner Features for Saturday December 28th


Grilled Oriental Walleye
Fresh walleye filet, a buttery flaky fish, marinated in an orange sesame oriental marinade and grilled, served with Asian almond slaw and white rice

Pan Seared Tuna
Sushi grade ahi tuna steak pan seared with a mushroom panko breading, topped with a roasted red pepper sauce and served with sautéed spinach and wild rice  

Lemon Scallion Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, shaved brussel sprouts and almonds with a lemon scallion sauce, served over mashed potatoes   

Steakhouse Stockyard
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a tangy mushroom sauce and presented with a twice baked potato

Shrimp Scampi
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, mushrooms and artichokes in a lemon butter white wine sauce, tossed with pasta

Thyme Chicken with Orange Maple Glaze
Boneless chicken breast rubbed with fresh thyme and pan seared with an orange maple glaze, served with asparagus spears and mashed potatoes
