Dinner Features for Wednesday 1st January


Lemon Scallops Florentine
Sautéed Sea Scallops with fresh spinach, garlic and cherry tomatoes in a lemon white wine sauce tossed in pasta.   

 Shrimp & Broccoli
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with broccoli and mushrooms in a garlic-ginger-soy glaze over rice.

Beef Medallions
Grilled twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce, served with asparagus and a twice baked potato. 

Rustic Ahi Tuna
Sushi grade tuna steak encrusted with panko bread crumbs and pan seared, served with sautéed spinach and tomatoes over mashed potatoes, drizzled with a balsamic glaze.

Pecan Chicken
Pan-seared Pecan panko crusted chicken breast, with mashed potatoes , fresh asparagus and a spiced apple gravy.

Chicken Puttanesca
Sautéed chicken breast with garlic, mushrooms, onions and capers in a red wine marinara sauce, tossed in pasta and sprinkled with asiago cheese.
