Dinner Features for Saturday January 4th

Ginger Lime Tuna
Sushi grade ahi tuna grilled with a lime ginger honey sauce, served over almond Asian slaw and garnished with crispy Asian noodles   

Balsamic Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with an asiago panko breading, drizzled with balsamic glaze and served with asparagus spears and mashed potatoes

Bistro Grilled Stockyard
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a red wine mushroom sauce and presented with sautéed spinach and a twice baked potato

Shrimp Puttanesca
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic, capers, mushrooms, olives and onions in a red wine marinara pan sauce, tossed with pasta

Gorgonzola Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb panko crust in a gorgonzola cream sauce with caramelized onions, tossed with pasta   

Santa Fe Chicken
Boneless chicken breast encrusted with a crispy tortilla breading and pan seared with Mexican spices, corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocadoes and onions served over rice with lime sour cream     

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
