Dinner Features for Sunday January 5th

Marinated Beef Tenderloin with peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms grilled to order and served over rice pilaf with a Greek salad

Oriental Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi pan seared with a ginger lime honey glaze, resting on a bed of asian slaw garnished with crispy noodles

Gorgonzola Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes and caramelized onions tossed with pasta in a creamy gorgonzola pan sauce

Rustic Mixed Grill
3 oz. sirloin medallion char grilled, served with sautéed spinach and gorgonzola cream sauce combined with a 4oz. ahi tuna steak served on a bed of mashed potatoes with balsamic caramelized onions

Shrimp Puttanesca
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic, capers, mushrooms, olives and onions in a red wine marinara pan sauce, tossed with pasta

Asiago Chicken
Asiago & panko crusted boneless chicken breast pan seared, served over mashed potatoes with sautéed spinach and tomato finished with a balsamic glaze drizzle   

Southwestern Chicken Salad
Crispy tortilla breaded boneless chicken breast pan seared, served on a bed of spring mix with avocado and salsa ranch with sautéed onions, corn, tomatoes and black beans

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
