Dinner Features for Saturday January 11th


Almond Crusted Tilapia
Fresh, chef trimmed, tilapia filet pan seared with an almond crust, served with garlic broccoli and finished with a roasted red pepper avocado ranch sauce

 Scallops Puttanesca
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, capers and basil in a white wine marinara sauce, served with pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

 Grilled Barbeque Stockyard
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a root beer barbeque sauce and presented with sautéed bacon, mushrooms and onions and cheddar polenta

 Shrimp Bordelaise
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with eggplant and roasted red peppers served with bordelaise sauce and asparagus spears  

 Beef and Reef
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and paired with a salmon and crab cake, topped with sauce béarnaise  and served with asparagus spears

 Garlic Cream Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with brussel sprouts, tomatoes and onions tossed with wheat pasta in a garlic cream sauce

 Blackened Chicken
Boneless chicken breast blackened and served with black bean corn salsa and rice pilaf      

 Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
