Dinner Features for Tuesday January 7th


Appetizer:
Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Meatloaf
Bite size meatloaf balls drizzled with Sweet Baby Ray’s ® barbeque sauce and served over mashed potatoes, six per order 

Entrees:
Shishkabob
Marinated Beef Tenderloin with peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms grilled to order and served over rice pilaf with a Greek salad

Scallops Asiago
Dry packed deep asiago & panko crusted sea scallops pan seared, tossed with pasta in white wine marinara sauce with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes

Oriental Mixed Grill
3 oz. sirloin medallion char grilled, served over sautéed mushrooms and broccoli, topped with garlic soy sauce, paired with a petite grilled mahi mahi filet served over Asian slaw and topped with lime honey ginger sauce

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and spinach served over mashed potatoes in a lemon white wine pan sauce

Santa Fe Chicken
Crispy tortilla breaded boneless chicken breast pan seared with black beans, corn, avocadoes, tomatoes and onions served with rice and finished with sour cream

Pecan Chicken
Panko pecan crusted boneless chicken breast pan seared with asparagus, presented over mashed potatoes and finished with red pepper apple chutney

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
