Dinner Features for Thursday January 2nd

Marinated Beef Tenderloin with peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms grilled to order and served over rice pilaf with a Greek salad

Gorgonzola Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops seared with caramelized onions and brussel sprouts tossed with pasta in a gorgonzola cream sauce

Lemon Poppy Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes and portobello mushrooms served with rice pilaf and topped with a lemon poppy seed butter

Bistro Grilled Beef Medallions
Twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with sauté of spinach, tomatoes, capers and garlic aioli served with a twice baked potato

Ahi Tuna Napoleon
Sushi grade tuna steak pan seared with a pecan herb crust, served with asparagus spears layered with grilled tomatoes and drizzled with a butternut coulis

Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples and scallions, served with mashed potatoes and a spiced apple gravy

Chicken Diane
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, bacon and garlic tossed with pasta in a sherry wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
