Dinner specials Friday 11th March

Red Pepper Alfredo Beef Stockyard Grilled Angus beef stockyard steak dry rubbed with a garlic-pepper blend presented with roasted potatoes and a roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce, topped with asiago cheese.    

Chicken Oscar Herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with sweet peas and crabmeat over rice pilaf with a béarnaise sauce.


Chicken Burgundy Pan-seared chicken breast presented with rosemary mashed potatoes, Burgundy braised root vegetables and wild mushrooms.


Sashimi Tuna Pan-seared Sashimi grade tuna steak with a savory citrus crust, presented over mixed greens, pecans, craisins, onions and shaved squash with a honey-mustard vinaigrette.


Sea Scallops Sophia Sautéed Sea Scallops with a tomato-basil spaghetti and asiago cheese.


Broiled Barramundi Barramundi broiled with wine and lemon, served with a sauté of spinach and roasted red peppers, finished with cured egg and gremolata.

 BBQ Tiger Shrimp Sautéed Tiger shrimp with bacon, onions, tomatoes and avocado served with a jalapeno-cheddar polenta, drizzled with a BBQ sauce.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

Fish Fry  Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
