Corned Beef & Cabbage
Traditionally prepared corned beef served with cabbage, carrots and potatoes topped with rich broth

Bangers & Mash
Irish “bangers” sausages served over mashed potatoes with baked beans

Guinness Beer Brats and Colcannon
Char grilled Guinness beer brats presented over colcannon, mashed potatoes with sautéed cabbage and bacon, and topped with Guinness gravy  

Dijon Crusted Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and pan seared to perfection, topped with a Dijon cream sauce and presented over Irish boxtys (potato pancakes) served with asparagus spears  

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko herb crust, with sautéed prosciutto, artichokes and asparagus in a roasted red pepper cream sauce served over pasta

Strawberry Avocado Chicken Salad
Char grilled boneless chicken breast with strawberries, avocadoes and pecans presented over fresh spinach tossed in poppy seed vinaigrette

Mahi Mahi Tropicale
Fresh mahi mahi filet seasoned and broiled in white wine and orange butter topped with a pineapple salsa and presented over rice pilaf with steamed broccoli

Pesto Alfredo Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a creamy pesto Alfredo pan sauce, served over pasta   

Irish Stout Scallops
Deep sea scallops broiled and presented over Irish stout mac and cheese, topped with crispy onion straws     

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
