Dinner Features March 13

Guinness Beer Brats or Bangers
Guinness beer brats or bangers char grilled and served with a sauté of vegetables, cabbage, bacon and roasted potatoes smothered in Dijon Guinness gravy with a side of Irish baked beans

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection; presented with Irish boxtys, steamed broccoli and honey mustard vinaigrette    

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, spinach and garlic tossed with pasta in a roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce

Tuna Tropicale
Fresh sashimi grade tuna pan seared with a savory citrus crust and served with mixed greens, strawberry pineapple salsa and pecans  

Bayou Shrimp
Jumbo cornmeal crusted shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, pepper and onion served over rice pilaf in a Creole remoulade    

Scallops Puttanesca
Deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, mushrooms and capers with pasta and a white wine marinara and asiago

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
