Dinner features 16th March 2016

Marsala Beef Stockyard Grilled Angus beef stockyard topped with a portobello, tomato, marsala wine sauce, served with au gratin potatoes.

Chicken & Crabmeat Alfredo Primavera Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat and mixed garden vegetables in a light alfredo sauce tossed with pasta.

Sesame Dill Chicken  Pan-seared sesame-dill crusted chicken breast in a lemon white wine sauce served with fresh asparagus, a side of rice and topped with a citrus salsa. 

Stuffed Mahi-Mahi  Broiled Mahi stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes over asparagus spears with a side of rice and garlic sauce.

 Pan-Seared Barramundi Pan seared Barramundi with maple balsamic brussel sprouts and a side of potato pancakes.   


Mediterranean Shrimp Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, olives, onions, tomatoes and spinach, in a sherry wine sauce over pasta with feta cheese.     

Key West Sea Scallops Pan-seared Sea scallops tossed with mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes, pineapple and scallions in a garlic-sherry wine sauce over pasta.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
