Dinner Features March 6

Cajun Char Grilled Seafood
Your choice of fresh salmon, swordfish or sashimi grade tuna char grilled with Cajun spices, presented with garlic lime orzo pasta, pico de gallo and avocado

Firecracker Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp lightly battered and pan fried with peppers and onions in a spicy Asian buffalo sauce, presented over rice pilaf with scallions

Apple Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with apples, bacon, sherry onions and artichokes tossed with pasta and pecan brown butter

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with a pepperjack Mornay and roasted tomatoes, served with mashed potatoes

Chicken Diane
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms and zucchini tossed with pasta and an herb gravy, finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Stew
Boneless chicken breast, spinach, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella cheese served with orzo pasta and a hearty red wine tomato broth  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
