Dinner Features for August 10th

Portobello Garlic Grilled Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with garlic butter and served with roasted garlic portobello mushrooms and a twice baked potato

Southwestern Chicken
Boneless chicken sautéed with bacon, sweet corn, black beans, tomatoes, onions and peppers in a spicy sherry wine sauce, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and served over rice pilaf

Ahi Tuna Provençal
Fresh ahi tuna grilled to order with Italian seasonings and topped with sautéed mushrooms, olives, peppers and onions served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and topped with a pineapple citrus rosemary salsa, served over rice pilaf

Shrimp Curry
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, red bell peppers, broccoli and onions in a spicy curry sauce, served over rice pilaf

Apple Almond Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with apples, almonds, artichoke hearts and scallions in a creamy white wine sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
