Grilled Beef Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a roasted garlic mushroom onion sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Cajun Grilled Shrimp Skewe
Cajun grilled shrimp skewer presented over wild mixed greens with tomatoes, broccoli, black beans, corn and onions served with a creamy balsamic salsa dressing

Chicken Scampi
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, onions and scallions in a zesty lemon garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with an herb crust in a garlic sherry wine sauce, presented over a bed of lime citrus asparagus orzo pasta

Shrimp & Tomato Verde
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach and zucchini in a white wine garlic sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Scallops Saltimbocca
Deep sea scallops sautéed with ham, mushrooms, olives and greens in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese
