Dinner Features August 29th

Pan Seared Trout
Fresh red trout pan seared with an herb crust, served with garlic risotto and lemon aioli

Scallops Rosemary
Sea scallops sautéed with rosemary, butter apples, pecans, onions and eggplant tossed with pasta and asiago cheese

Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled in lemon pepper butter

Southwest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with jalapenos, onions, tomatoes and black beans served over rice with sour cream and salsa
