Dinner Features August 15


Grilled Beef Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a southwest corn salsa and hush puppies

Chicken Rojo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini and tossed with pasta in a roasted red pepper crème, finished with asiago cheese  

Chicken ala Caprese
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with fresh mozzarella cheese, vine ripe tomatoes and fresh basil, finished with a balsamic vinaigrette  

Broiled Walleye Au Poivre
Fresh walleye broiled with cracked peppercorns, lemon and wine presented over rice pilaf and asparagus

Pan Seared Pecan Crusted Ahi Tuna
Ahi Tuna pan seared to order with a pecan crust, accompanied by a spinach salad with fresh berries, cherry tomatoes and onions, finished with feta cheese and a cranberry glaze

Shrimp Italian
Jumbo tiger shrimp pan seared with Italian sausage, tomatoes and onions tossed with pasta in a savory tomato sauce and finished with parmesan cheese

Garlic Scallops & Clams
Deep sea scallops and clams sautéed with roasted garlic, rosemary, fresh spinach and mushrooms, served with a brown butter sauce and orzo pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
