Dinner Features August 27th


Broiled Salmon
Fresh salmon filet broiled in lemon and wine, presented with asparagus spears and rice pilaf, finished with an olive tapenade and asiago cheese

Scallops Risotto
Sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes and mirepoix served with risotto in an Old Bay broth

Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled in lemon pepper butter

Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, eggplant, artichokes and fresh herbs tossed with pasta in a sherry cream
