Pan Seared Salmon

Fresh Salmon filet pan seared and served with pineapple salsa, rice pilaf and asparagus

 Sea Scallops & Eggplant

Fresh sea scallops sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes and artichokes tossed with pasta in a cracked peppercorn wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese

 Stuffed Ahi Tuna

Pan seared Ahi Tuna filet stuffed with Mediterranean orzo pasta finished with asparagus spears and a beurre blanc                                    

Chicken & Wild Mushrooms

Boneless chicken breast sautéed in an herb crust with wild mushrooms, horseradish, and fresh herbs served with a sherry Dijon sauce and mashed potatoes
