Barramundi pan seared in an herb crust with wild mushrooms, served with rosemary brown butter and asparagus spears

Scallops Risotto
Sea scallops sautéed with summer squash, garlic and basil served with parmesan risotto

Stuffed Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna pan seared and stuffed with Mediterranean orzo pasta finished with buerre blanc and served with asparagus spears

Chicken Napoleon
Pan Seared chicken breast layered with provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and spinach in an arrabiata sauce
