Fresh salmon filet broiled and served with a citrus salsa over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Sea scallops sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled in lemon pepper butter

Chicken Garden Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, eggplant and spinach in a fresh rosemary marsala demi glace serve dover rice pialf
