Bordelaise Beef Stockyard Grilled 10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak, finished with scallion jam, roasted portobello mushrooms,  melted brie cheese and a Bordelaise sauce, served with parmesan herb mashed potatoes.





Jamaican Jerk Mahi Char grilled Jerk seasoned Mahi presented with a citrus corn salsa and asparagus spears. 



Pan-seared Red Snapper Red Snapper pan-seared with a garlic-lime crust, served with wild rice, black beans and sliced avocado. 





Pecan Herb Chicken Salad Pan-seared pecan herb crusted chicken breast on a bed of fresh chilled spinach with fresh berries, craisins, onions and cherry tomatoes, served with your choice of dressing.  



Seafood Primavera Sautéed Jumbo shrimp, clams and crabmeat tossed with tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini and pasta in a spicy garlic wine sauce, topped with asiago cheese.   



Sea Scallops Orzo Fresh sea scallops pan seared with sundried tomatoes, roasted garlic and broccoli, served with a rosemary brown butter sauce and orzo pasta.  



        Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
