Dinner Features August 16

Grilled Beef Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with melted brie cheese, onion jam and garlic mashed potatoes

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with asparagus and roasted garlic tossed with pasta in a roasted red pepper cream sauce   

Chicken Napoli
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, scallions, cheese curds and tomatoes tossed with pasta in a white wine marinara sauce   

Pan Seared Pecan Crusted Ahi Tuna
Ahi Tuna pan seared to order with a pecan crust, accompanied by a spinach salad with fresh berries, cherry tomatoes and onions, finished with feta cheese and a cranberry glaze

Baja Shrimp
Jumbo tiger shrimp pan seared with a garlic lime crust, served over rice with a jalapeño corn salsa  

Wild Mushroom Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with a wild mushroom ragù, served with orzo pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
