Dinner Features August 31



Montréal Grilled Stockyard
10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with caramelized onions and asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato
Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, zucchini and fresh spinach in a garlic blush sauce, served over pasta
Trout Almandine
Fresh ruby red trout pan seared with an herb crust in a lemon white wine sauce with sliced almonds, presented over asparagus and topped with a basil cream sauce, served with a side of rice pilaf
Chicken & Eggplant Provençal
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic fresh basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   
Shrimp & Crab Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with lump crabmeat, fresh broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese
Scallops Santa Fe
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, jalapeño peppers, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy wine sauce, served over rice pilaf and topped with sour cream and salsa   
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
