Dinner features August 30

Boiled Trout
Fresh red trout broiled with rosemary butter and wine, served with a pineapple salsa and asparagus

Santa Fe Scallops 
Sea scallops dusted with Cajun spices and sautĂ©ed with black beans, onions and corn served  over rice with sour cream and salsa 

Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled in lemon pepper butter

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, served over pasta and finished with lemon aioli and scallions
