Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh pan seared mahi mahi over roasted red pepper rosemary Dijon mushrooms with asparagus and rice pilaf

Scallops Rossa
Sea scallops sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, artichokes, Kalamata olives, tomatoes and scallions in a fresh basil garlic white wine marinara sauce served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled in lemon pepper butter

Asiago Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in a sherry garlic asiago cream sauce, tossed with pasta
