August 1 Dinner Features


Appetizer:
Sausage Stuffed Tomato                                                                                                                                   
Fresh beef steak tomato stuffed with peppers, onions and Italian sausage oven roasted with asiago cheese

Entrees:
Pan Seared Stockyard                                                                                                                                                                                     
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak pan seared to order topped with bacon and crumbled blue cheese then finished with A1® demi glace, served with cheddar mashed potatoes

Sesame Salmon                                        
Sesame crusted salmon filet pan seared, served over sautéed spinach and finished with orange soy glaze

Tuscan Scallops                                 
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with eggplant, escarole and roasted red peppers, tossed in marinara over pasta

Caprese Shrimp Salad                                          
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled, served atop Caprese salad, finished with olive oil, balsamic glaze and fresh basil chiffonade   

Dijon Chicken                      
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with yellow squash, red onions and artichoke hearts served over pasta in a Dijon cream sauce

Cajun Chicken Salad                       
Cajun seasoned chicken breast served over filed greens with fresh onions and peppers and grilled scallions topped with feta cheese and served with a side of salsa ranch

Fresh Broiled Haddock                              
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
