Dinner Features for Tuesday August 13th


Santa Fe Steak Salad
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and served over romaine with black bean salsa and red onions, finished with scallions and sour cream

Scallops Pesto
Dry packed deep scallops pan seared with mushrooms and kalamata olives in our Greek dressing, tossed in pasta with a white wine pesto and feta cheese

Shrimp Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled, combined with red onions, feta cheese and croutons served over spring greens tossed with roasted red pepper lime vinaigrette  

BBQ Flank Steak
BBQ Marinated and char grilled medium rare served with corn scallions potato hash

Balsamic Ahi
6 oz. ahi tuna steak char grilled to order served with sautéed cherry tomatoes and spinach, presented over mashed potatoes with a sweet balsamic glaze

Puff Pastry Chicken Pot Pie
Diced chicken in a rich gravy with carrots, peas, potatoes and onions baked with a puff pastry topping and cheddar cheese, served with salad

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
