Dinner Features for Tuesday August 6th


Scallops Con Vodka
Dry packed deep scallops pan seared in a vodka cream sauce tossed with ziti pasta and fresh basil

Shrimp Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled, presented over baby spinach with red onions, roasted red peppers and feta cheese, served with lemon vinaigrette      

Steak Fajitas
6 oz. beef sirloin char grilled to perfection, with sautéed peppers and onions resting on a bed of rice and black bean salsa served with a flour tortilla, sour cream and guacamole

Mediterranean Grouper
Fresh grouper filet broiled in our Greek dressing and served on a bed of orzo pasta with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese

Orange Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, peppers and onions in orange soy sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
