Dinner Features for Wednesday August 7th


Appetizer:
Mozzarella Sticks
Hand breaded mozzarella sticks served with a homemade red sauce

Entrees
Steak Au Poivre
Twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled with a black peppercorn crust and topped with a roasted red pepper puree, served with pesto mashed potatoes

Chicken Burgundy
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and garlic in a burgundy marinara served over pasta

Chicken Caprese
Boneless chicken breast grilled and served over a fresh mozzarella and tomato Caprese salad finished with olive oil, balsamic glaze and fresh basil

Sesame Ahi Salad
6 oz. ahi tuna steak pan seared with a sesame crust, served over fresh greens and topped with a white wine rosemary dressing

Scallops Basil
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with cherry tomatoes, cannellini beans and fresh basil, served over wild rice

Shrimp ala Vodka
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed with a homemade vodka sauce, served over ziti pasta
