Dinner Features for Wednesday August 14th

Stuffed Pepper
Fresh bell pepper stuffed with ground beef and rice, topped with marinara sauce and asiago cheese

Steak Marsala
Twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and topped with a mushroom Marsala sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry butter sauce served over sautéed spinach and finished with asiago cheese

Cajun Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with Cajun spices served over mixed greens topped with cheddar cheese, sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms served with your choice of dressing

Seared Ahi Tuna
6 oz. ahi tuna steak pan seared to order, topped with a feta tomato artichoke salsa and served with bacon mashed potatoes

Scallops Delight
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh strawberries, blueberries and pineapple in an orange liqueur cream sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp Burgundy
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers and scallions in a garlic burgundy sauce, served over pasta
