Dinner Features for Saturday August 10th


Appetizer:
Mozzarella Sticks
Hand breaded mozzarella sticks served with a homemade red sauce

Entrees:
Caribbean Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with Caribbean spice blend and presented over sautéed spinach, topped with fresh pineapple   

Shrimp Dijon
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes and artichokes in a Dijon cream sauce, served over pasta

Pan Seared Flat Iron
10 oz. marinated beef Flat Iron steak pan seared to order, topped with a Dijon Worcestershire sauce and served with cheddar mashed potatoes

Mixed Grille Kebab
Marinated swordfish and beef sirloin kebab with pepper and onion char grilled, served over rice pilaf

Honey Maple Ahi
6 oz. ahi tuna steak pan seared with an oatmeal crust, topped with a honey maple glaze and served over fresh spinach

Chicken Romaine Wedge Salad
Boneless marinated grilled chicken breast served on a romaine heart with bleu cheese, bacon and crumbly bleu finished with a balsamic glaze

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
