Dinner Features for Wednesday July 3rd

Grilled Ahi Florentine
6 oz. ahi tuna steak char grilled to order, topped with an orange soy glaze and served over sautéed spinach

Cajun Broiled Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with Cajun spices and served with a fresh fruit salad

Basil Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with cherry tomatoes and tossed in a fresh basil beurre blanc, served over pasta

Mediterranean Steak Salad
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions pan seared to order served over fresh field greens  tossed with Italian dressing and topped with feta cheese, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers

Chicken Napoli
Diced boneless chicken breast sautéed with red and green bell peppers and onions tossed with ziti pasta and fresh mozzarella cheese in marinara sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
