Dinner Features May 31st


Kalamata Sea Scallops                                                                         
Sautéed deep sea scallops tossed with a basil pesto and a kalamata olive cream sauce over pasta.  

Grilled Beef Flat-Iron        
Char-grilled 9 oz. beef sirloin Flat-Iron with blue cheese scallop potatoes and a wild mushroom sauce. 

Blackened Grouper                                                                                                                          
Grouper filet blackened, served over rice pilaf with a sherry-mint-mango sauce.

Citrus Shrimp                                                                     
Pan seared jumbo shrimp with an orange citrus sauce and 50mashed potatoes.
    
Steele Head Trout                                                                       
Five spice seared Steele Head Trout with a pineapple/kiwi relish and fresh asparagus spears.
 
Chicken Santé Fe                                                                                    
Sautéed chicken breast with seared tomatoes, melted Swiss, a black bean sauce and an avocado
butter over rice pilaf.
