Dinner Features May 30th


Entrees
5 Spice Grouper    
5 Spice pan-seared grouper with a mint mango sauce and rice pilaf


Citrus Sea Scallops                                  
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with an orange wine, citrus sauce, served with mashed potatoes.


Pesto Cream Shrimp                                          
Sautéed Black tiger jumbo shrimp with a pesto cream sauce, kalamata olives and asparagus tips over pasta.


Grilled Sirloin Medallions   
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, topped with an apple-garlic reduction and served with a twice baked potato.


Blackened Chicken                   
Pan-seared blackened chicken breast with a pineapple-kiwi relish and mashed potatoes.
