Blackened Swordfish                                                                                                             
Blackened swordfish steak served over asparagus spears with black bean corn salsa

Roasted Red Pepper Shrimp                                                                                   
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with asparagus and green onion served over pasta in a roasted red pepper sauce

Blackened Scallop Salad                                                                                              
Dry packed deep sea scallops blackened, served over salad greens topped with citrus salad and choice of dressing

Bacon Wrapped Medallions                                                                                         
Twin 3oz. beef sirloin medallions wrapped with apple wood bacon and char grilled, served with a twice baked potato

Monk fish filet pan seared with diced tomatoes, onions, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers served over spaghetti with a lemon white wine sauce

Boneless sautéed chicken breast  served over rice pilaf in a lemon caper sauce
