Dinner Features for Wednesday May 15th

Swordfish Chimichurri                                                                                                        
Grilled swordfish steak topped with caramelized leeks and roasted corn and red peppers finished with a scallion chimichurri sauce

Scallops Tropicale                                                                                                                    
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with blackening spices and served with a mint mango sauce and rice pilaf

Shrimp & Prosciutto                                                                                                              
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with prosciutto, sweet peas and asparagus served over pasta in a garlic white wine cream sauce

Smothered Sirloin Medallions                                                                               
Twin 3oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection and topped with peppers, onions and melted Swiss cheese served with a twice baked potato

             Chicken Rojo                                                                                                 
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichoke hearts and topped with a roasted red pepper sauce
