Dinner Features for Wednesday May 29th


Grouper Tropicale
Fresh grouper filet pan seared in blackening spices and topped with a pineapple kiwi relish, served with rice pilaf
 
Scallops with Mango Sauce 
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and served with a mango sherry mint sauce, served with mashed potatoes
 
Shrimp Concassé
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with asparagus in a white wine sauce served over linguine
 
Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, topped with a red wine garlic apple reduction and served with a twice baked potato
 
Pesto Cream Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with kalamata olives and roasted red peppers in a pesto cream sauce, served over pasta
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
