Dinner Features 2nd May


Entrees:
Pan Seared Tuna                                                                        
Pan-seared fresh Ahi grade Tuna dusted with a five spice seasoning, served with a jícama-pineapple relish. 

Grilled Flat Iron Steak                                                            
9 oz. beef flat iron steak char grilled to order, served with blue cheese scallop potatoes and a sherry cream sauce.

Mango Mint Scallops                                  
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with a fresh mint-mango sauce, served with a twice baked potato.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp                                         
Sautéed bacon wrapped Black tiger jumbo shrimp served over rice pilaf.  

Blackened Chicken                   
Pan-seared blackened chicken breast with a black bean corn relish and green chili mashed potatoes.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                         
         Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
