Dinner Features May 7th


Appetizer:
Saganaki                                                                                                                                  
A sliced wedge of Kefalotyri cheese lightly sautéed in lemon and sherry, served with warm pita

Entrees:
Grilled Red Snapper                                               
Fresh red snapper filet grilled and served over wild rice with sautéed cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives, finished with a basil oil drizzle             

Pesto Scallops                               
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic mushrooms, tossed with bleu cheese pesto orzo

Lemon Feta Shrimp Salad                                   
Black tiger jumbo shrimp marinated in our Greek dressing and grilled, presented over fresh mixed field greens tossed in lemon vinaigrette and topped with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions and feta cheese

Balsamic Grilled Sirloin Medallions   
Twin 3oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with a balsamic glaze and served with asparagus spears and an asiago potato croquette

Chicken Bella                
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with fresh spinach and tomatoes in a tangy cream sauce, served with over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                     
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
