Dinner Features for Wednesday May 22nd

Monkfish Primavera                                                                                                                                               
Fresh Monkfish, a sweet dense fish also known as “poor man’s lobster” sautéed with broccoli, summer squash, zucchini and bell peppers in a light pesto wine sauce, served over pasta  

Scallops Rojo                                                                                                                                                             
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms and red onions in a roasted red pepper sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Piccata                                                                                                                                                          
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed in a lemon caper cream sauce served over rice pilaf with asparagus

Rosemary Grilled Stockyard                                                                                                              
9oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with rosemary butter and topped with crispy fried red onions, served with a twice baked potato

Honey Lemon Chicken                                                                                                                                                                           
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko crust and topped with a honey lemon glaze, served with mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                                                                
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
