Red Pepper Scallops                                                                
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared served over pasta with roasted red pepper sauce

London Broil        
Marinated flank steak char grilled then broiled to perfection, presented with a wild mushroom sauce and blue cheese scalloped potatoes

Blackened Grouper                                                                                                                          
Grouper filet blackened, served with pineapple relish over rice pilaf

Shrimp du Chef                                                                           
Pan seared shrimp tossed with pasta in a sun dried tomato pesto sauce
Monk Piccata                                                                           
Sautéed Monk fish filet presented over rice pilaf in a lemon caper sauce
Chicken Cordon Blue
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichoke hearts, ham and swiss cheese served over mashed potatoes with a Dijon sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
