Stuffed Pork Chop                                                                                                                                   
A roasted center cut pork chop stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and artichoke hearts presented over mashed potatoes and served with a caramelized onion tomato sauce

Fresh grouper filet pan seared in a macadamia nut panko breading served with mango coulis, rice and sautéed carrots  

Summer Scallops                                                                                                                                                          Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, roasted red peppers, portobello mushrooms and garlic in a pan sauce tossed with pasta
