Dinner Features for Tuesday May 21st

Grilled Monkfish                                                                                                                                                      
Grilled Monkfish, a sweet dense fish also known as “poor man’s lobster” drizzled with a rosemary butter sauce and served with bleu cheese mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh spinach, roasted red peppers, portobello mushrooms and garlic in a sherry pan sauce tossed with pasta
