Dinner Features May 20th

Summer Scallops                               
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, fresh lemon, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and spinach tossed with pasta in a white wine sauce topped with asiago cheese

Shrimp Wedge Salad                                    
Grilled jumbo shrimp served with a wedge of romaine lettuce, topped with tomato, bacon, crumbled blue cheese and red onions topped with blue cheese dressing and drizzled with balsamic glaze

Munk fish Provençal                                         
Munk fish (‘Poor man’s lobster’)pan seared with mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic served over mashed potatoes with a white win sauce

Sirloin Medallions   
Twin seasoned sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served with caramelized onions and mushrooms served with blue cheese mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Lemon Chicken                    
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms served over rice pilaf with a tangy lemon sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                      
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
